Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) held a draw on March 23, 2023, inviting 746 immigrants under Ontario Express Entry’s Skilled Trade Stream.
This draw was for the profiles created on March 23, 2022, to March 23, 2023, under Immigration Refugees Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry System. Immigrants with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score anywhere from 250 to 489 were given the Notification of Interest (NOI).

What are the minimum eligibility requirements for Ontario Express Entry’s Skilled Trade Stream?
An applicant must have 1 year’s cumulative full-time paid work experience in Ontario, within the last 2 years from the date of submitting the application to the OINP.
Your occupation must fall under Ontario Major Groups 72, 73, 82, 83, 93, or Minor Group 6320 of the National Occupational Classification (NOC).
You must have a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) of 5 or higher in either English or French Language.
How to apply for Ontario Express Entry’s Skilled Trade Stream?
Step 1: Ensure your eligibility for Express Entry.
Step 2: Create a profile in IRCC’s Express Entry System.
Step 3: If you receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) through Express Entry’s Skilled Trade Stream submit your application within 45 calendar days from the day of receiving the Notification of Interest (NOI).
Step 4: Pay the application fee ($1500) as you submit your application.
