On January 4, 2022, Alberta published the details of the twenty-seventh (27th) Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) draw of the year 2021, held on December 14, 2021.
The abovementioned draw was part of Alberta Express Entry Stream, and so far 6,493 talented immigrants were welcomed to apply for permanent residency in Alberta.
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) set the ceiling for AINP nominations at 6,250 for the year 2021, and as of January 4, 2022, Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) has issued all 6,250 certificates under categories such as the Alberta Opportunity Stream and the Alberta Express Entry Stream.
The draw’s requirements, which include the number of invites sent out and the required minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, are as follows:
