- c. The Canadian justice finds adequate evidence to decree such a judgment.
Expiring of a Permanent Residency card, shall not be considered as a ground for losing permanent residency status in Canada.
Any person wishing to enter Canada must wait till their permanent resident status is resolved either by getting a permanent resident travel document or by choosing to give up one’s permanent resident status.
