HOW TO APPLY?

Immigrating Manitoba via Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a three-step process:

An applicant must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) Profile, which will be scored based on each of the factors. Candidates with the highest scores in the pool are invited to apply.

If a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) or Invitation is issued, the applicant will gain access to the full MPNP application and must submit a complete application with a non-refundable CAD $500 fee within 60 days.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are nominated by the MPNP, and the applicant must then apply separately to the Government of Canada for a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa.
