The draw covered general and tech occupations, as well as specific National Occupational Classification (NOC) categories, with unique minimum score requirements for each stream.

Latest BC PNP Draws 2023:

  • General and Tech Occupations: Invitations were issued to Skilled Workers, Skilled Workers in the Express Entry BC (EEBC) category, International Graduates, and International Graduates in EEBC. The minimum score for all four streams was 116. Entry Level and Semi-skilled applicants needed a score of 95, and 73 invitations were granted.
  • Childcare Stream: For Early Childhood Educators and Assistants (NOC 42202) under the Skilled Worker and International Graduate stream, including Express Entry British Columbia, a minimum score of 60 was required, resulting in 61 Invitations to Apply (ITAs).
  • Construction Stream: The Construction stream required a minimum score of 75, leading to the issuance of 31 ITAs.
  • Healthcare Stream: In the Healthcare stream, applicants needed a minimum score of 60, resulting in 27 ITAs.
  • Other Priority Occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104): Depending on the stream, a score of 60 points was needed, and fewer than 5 invitations were shared.
