What are the BC PNP requirements for skilled workers?

  • You must have accepted a full-time, indefinite work offer from a B.C. (the offer cannot be temporary or have a set end date) to be eligible for this stream. A skilled occupation (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) must be involved in the position.
  • Be capable of carrying out the job’s requirements
  • Have worked in any skilled occupation (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) for at least two years full-time (or its equivalent).
  • Demonstrate your ability to support yourself and your dependents, possess lawful immigrant status in Canada for NOC TEER 2 or 3 employment, and satisfy the language proficiency standards.
  • Have a salary offer that is consistent with the occupation’s B.C. wage rates.

Stage 3: Invitation

Those who have registered to apply to the BC PNP will periodically get invitations. Invitations to apply (ITAs) are created using the information provided during registrations. Our ITAs may place special emphasis on one or more specific factors, such as the work region or the profession.

Stage 4: Application

If you are eligible for the International Post-Graduate or Health Authority tracks, you can apply through BC PNP Online without registering.
