On October 4, 2023, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC-PNP) held four draws targeting the Skills Immigration (SI) stream and the Express Entry BC (EEBC) stream. What are the Eligibility Criteria for the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)?
To be eligible for the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), you need to meet these requirements:
Have a full-time job offer in British Columbia that’s not temporary or limited in time. The job should be in a skilled occupation (NOC levels 0, 1, 2, or 3).
Be qualified for the job and capable of doing its duties.
Have at least two years of full-time work experience in any skilled occupation (NOC levels 0, 1, 2, or 3).
Prove you can financially support yourself and your dependents.
Either have legal immigration status in Canada or be eligible for it.
If your job is in NOC levels 2 or 3, meet language requirements.
Get paid according to the wage rates for your occupation in British Columbia. Note: Your job offer doesn’t have to be permanent if it’s in a tech field or falls under NOC 41200 (university professors and lecturers).
