On December 13, 2022, Ontario conducted a PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) Draw under OINP’s French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream. In this stream, skilled workers with an active Express Entry profile with French as a primary language, and English as a secondary language, received a notification of interest (NOI) from OINP to apply for the Canadian PR Visa.
