Ontario Issued 1,061 Invitations to Tech and Health Professionals in the targeted draw

On July 20, 2023, the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) conducted two draws targeting Tech workers and Health occupations. A total of 1,061 immigrants were invited under Ontario Express Entry’s Human Capital Priority Stream. These draws were specifically aimed at individuals who had created profiles in the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry System between July 20, 2022, and July 20, 2023. Notification of Interest (NOI) was extended to Tech and Healthcare Immigrants with Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores ranging from 458 to 462.

• Number of Invitations Issued: 902
• CRS Score Range: 458 – 462
• Profile Submission in-between: July 20, 2022 – July 20, 2023

Tech Candidates who had work experience in the following NOCs were given the invite:

• NOC 20012 – Computer and information systems managers
• NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
• NOC 21223 – Database analysts and data administrators
• NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and programmers
• NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
• NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers
• NOC 21233 – Web designers
• NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
• NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)

Draw 2:

• Stream: Human Capital Priority Stream (Health Occupations)
• Number of Invitations Issued: 159
• CRS Score Range: 458 – 462
• Profile Submission in-between: July 20, 2022 – July 20, 2023
