On April 8, 2021, the Canadian province Manitoba conducted its Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Draw #112 under the Expression of Interest (EOI) System.
This is the seventh (7th) draw of the year 2021, conducted by Manitoba Immigration. In this draw, a total of 243 Invitations were issued.
Out of 243, 15 invitations were issued to the candidates who declared a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code.
Categories listed in this draw include Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream and Skilled Workers Overseas. The count of invitations issued, and minimum score required in each category is as follows:

What is the eligibility criteria for MPNP Skilled Worker Overseas Stream?
All the applicants who are submitting their application through Skilled Worker Overseas Stream, need to demonstrate their strong ties in terms of
   • Support of family members or friends
   • Previous education or work experience in Manitoba
Additionally, candidate also need to score at least 60 points based on five factors in order to be eligible. These five factors are:
   • Factor 1: Language Proficiency
   • Factor 2: Age
   • Factor 3: Work Experience
   • Factor 4: Education
   • Factor 5: Adaptability -
What is the application processing fees of Manitoba for Skilled Workers?
Skilled workers who received an Invitation/ Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) need to submit a non- refundable application fee of $500.
Note: There will be no cost to submit an Expression of Interest to the MPNP. -
Who can support my application as a Manitoba Supporter?
A Manitoba Supporter is a close relative or friend/distant relative of the applicant, who is a resident of Manitoba and is willing to support the applicant in settling and finding an employment in Manitoba. Manitoba Supporter must be:
• Currently living in Manitoba from the past one year (continuously).
• A Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Able to present strong ties with Primary Applicant and to Manitoba.
• Able to support the Applicant’s Settlement Plan
