On February 12, 2021, Manitoba conducted its third (3rd) Draw (#108) of the year 2021 under the Expression of Interest (EOI) System. In this draw, a total of 296 applicants who applied for Canadian Permanent Residence via the Provincial Nominee Program received a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA).
The count of issued invitations and minimum required CRS Score, under each is as follows:
Category: Skilled Workers in Manitoba
• Invitations issued: 240
• CRS Score: 514
Category: International Education Stream
• Invitations issued: 33
Category: Skilled Workers Overseas
• Invitations issued: 23
• CRS Score: 676
Note: Applicants were invited directly by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative
Till now (in the year 2021) Manitoba invited 786 applicants via Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
Post receiving the Invite/ Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) from Manitoba, the applicant need to submit the entire set of application within 60 calendar days with a non-refundable application fee of CAD $500.
Once the applicant is nominated, an approval letter will be issued to him/ her by the Govt. of Manitoba. An approval letter is an official government document that an applicant needs to submit with his/ her visa application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Additionally, by applying to Canadian Permanent Residence Status as a Manitoba nominee applicants obliged to live, work and settle in Manitoba.
