On February 16, 2021 (at 8:20 a.m. EST) Ontario conducted its fourth (4th) draw of the year 2021, for Targeted Occupations. The draw was conducted for Skilled Workers under Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priority Stream.
In this draw, Ontario issued the highest number of invitations in comparison to past draws of the year 2021. Details of the draw are as follows:

• Invitations Issued: 1,186
• CRS Score Range: 453-467
Profile submitted between February 16, 2020 – February 16, 2021, were considered to be eligible for this draw
The list of occupations invited in this draw include:
• NOC 2173: Software engineers and designers
• NOC 2174: Computer programmers and interactive media developers
• NOC 2147: Computer engineers
• NOC 2175: Web designers and developers
• NOC 2172: Database analysts and data administrators
• NOC 0213: Computer and information systems managers
Post receiving the invite from Ontario, the applicant needs to submit the set of documents and application fees of CAD $1500, within 45 calendar days. As of February 11, 2021, application processing times for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream application will be 60 – 90 days.
Upon receiving the nomination from OINP, additional 600 Points will be awarded to the applicant.
