On December 28, 2022, and December 29, 2022, Manitoba published the details of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Draws conducted for foreign skilled immigrants. As a result of this draw, a total of 296 skilled immigrants received Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) apply for permanent residence in Manitoba.
Out of these 296, 16 immigrants were from Ukraine, and the remaining were skilled immigrants with strong connections in Manitoba, Canada.
