Quebec invited 1633 applicants in the latest Quebec PNP draw
Quebec conducted its tenth immigration draw on July 20th, 2023, and released the results on July 24th. During this draw, the Quebec Ministry of Immigration extracted profiles from the Arrima Bank on July 17th at 6:30 a.m. A total of 1633 applicants received invitations to apply for Permanent Selection based on labor market needs and integration potential. After submission, successful applicants will have approximately six months to obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ).
What is the eligibility criteria to apply for the Quebec PNP draw?
The invitations were extended to individuals who met the following requirements:
- Attained a level 7 or higher oral proficiency in French as per the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent.
- Achieved a score equal to or greater than 596 points.
- Possess a valid job offer outside the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal territory.
