Successful candidates have approximately six months to obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) after submission.

Quebec PNP Draw Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for the Quebec PNP draw comprised the following requirements:

  • Recipients must meet the French language proficiency requirement of level 7 or higher, as determined by the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes (Quebec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent standard.
  • A minimum score of 609 points was necessary.
  • These invitations were specifically intended for individuals holding a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
