BC PNP Latest Draw invites 195 applicants on 30th May 2023

In the latest BC PNP draw, which took place on May 30, BC invited around 195 applicants.

The largest draw, which included 151 applicants across five streams, was a general draw with Tech Occupations as well as Targeted Occupations. Candidates from the skilled worker stream, including those who applied through Express Entry, needed to achieve minimum scores of 104. For entry-level and semi-skilled students, a score of 85 was necessary, while candidates from the international graduate stream needed scores of 107.

The province also sought to fill 26 positions for early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202) in the skilled worker and foreign graduate streams, as well as 14 positions in the healthcare industry, and fewer than five positions in other priority occupations. A minimum score of 60 was required for all targeted prospects.

What are the BC PNP requirements for skilled workers?

  • You must have accepted a full-time, indefinite work offer from a B.C. (the offer cannot be temporary or have a set end date) in order to be eligible for this stream. A skilled occupation (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) must be involved in the position.
  • Be capable of carrying out the job’s requirements
  • Have worked in any skilled occupation (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) for at least two years full-time (or its equivalent).
  • Demonstrate your ability to support yourself and your dependents, possess lawful immigrant status in Canada for NOC TEER 2 or 3 employment, and satisfy the language proficiency standards.
  • Have a salary offer that is consistent with the occupation’s B.C. wage rates.

In this next step, you must establish a profile and sign up for BC PNP Online. You can indicate interest in applying to the BC PNP by signing up. Based on the data you supply, your registration will receive a grade.

The second step entails creating a profile and joining BC PNP Online. By registering, you can express interest in using the BC PNP application process. Your registration will be given a grade based on the information you provide.

Stage 3: Invitation

Those who have registered to apply to the BC PNP will periodically get invitations. Invitations to apply (ITAs) are created using the information provided during registrations. Our ITAs may place special emphasis on one or more specific factors, such as the work region or the profession.

Stage 4: Application

If you are eligible for the International Post-Graduate or Health Authority tracks, you can apply through BC PNP Online without registering.
