This draw reflects Canada's ongoing commitment to promoting bilingualism and attracting French-speaking immigrants to strengthen Francophone communities outside Quebec. Candidates who met the eligibility criteria and had a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 428 or higher received Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence.
This draw aims to facilitate the transition of temporary foreign workers and international graduates to permanent residency, recognizing their established ties to Canadian society and the economy.
