On March 6, 2025, the province of Manitoba conducted its latest Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Draw #240. In this round, the province extended invitations to 111 candidates, offering them an opportunity to apply for a provincial nomination, which enhances their chances of obtaining Canadian permanent residency.

The Manitoba EOI draw is a selection process where candidates who have submitted an Expression of Interest for immigration to Manitoba are invited to apply for provincial nomination based on eligibility and ranking scores.
Candidates from the International Education Stream with a Master’s degree or higher and a close relative in Manitoba, as well as Skilled Worker Overseas candidates invited under a strategic recruitment initiative, were issued Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs).
The lowest-ranked candidate invited under the Skilled Worker Overseas category had a ranking score of 711.
A close relative includes siblings, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, first cousins, nieces, or nephews who are permanent residents or citizens and have resided in Manitoba for at least one year.
Possible reasons include missing or expired language test details or an invalid invitation number under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. Ensure your Expression of Interest profile is correctly updated.
This visa allows an individual and their dependent family members to obtain permanent residence in a specific country.
