On October 31st, 2023, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC-PNP) held dual draws targeting the Skills Immigration (SI) stream and the Express Entry BC (EEBC) stream. These draws were designed to extend invitations to prospective immigrants, encompassing individuals in the technology sector, healthcare field, and education-related roles. The objective was to encourage applications for Canadian permanent residency through British Columbia.
