On February 01, 2024 (at 16:36:01 UTC), IRCC conducted the first Express Entry Draw (#282) of the month February 2024, inviting a total of 7000 immigrants to apply for the Canada PR visa.
The conducted Express Entry draw invited French Speaking immigrants to support their commitments for supporting Francophone community outside of Quebec province. Applicants with French as Primary Language invited from pathways including FSWP, CEC, and FSTP.
Applicants who received the PNP nomination were also invited to apply under this pathway.
The CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score of the lowest-ranked candidate invited stood at 365. In the event of multiple candidates having the same lowest score, the tie-breaking rule was applied based on the date and time of their Express Entry profile submission, with the cutoff set on September 08, 2023 at 09:47:27 UTC.
