On December 19, 2022, Ontario conducted a PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) Draw under OINP’s Human Capital Priority (HCP) stream. In this stream, skilled workers with an active Express Entry profile, received a notification of interest (NOI) from OINP to apply for the Canadian PR Visa.
