Quebec Issued 998 Invitations in the Latest Draw

On December 2, 2022, the Canadian province of Quebec published the results of the draw held on November 24, 2022. The draw was conducted by the Quebec Ministry of Immigration.

In this draw, a total of 998 applicants were invited to apply for Permanent Selection. Issued invitations were based on labor market needs and immigrants’ integration potential. Following submission, successful applicants will have an average of six months to obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ).

The following are the eligibility requirements for being invited to submit a Permanent Selection application:

• The applicant should have a score equal to or higher than 603 points.
• The applicant had a validated job offer outside the territory of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
