Express Entry Profiles

Of the 558 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 158 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code. It is important to note that candidates invited with an Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code will only be eligible for nomination if their Express Entry profile remains valid at the time of the application assessment.

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program continues to witness high interest, with the number of EOI profiles exceeding program capacity. Consequently, draw scores have been notably higher compared to previous draws following the reactivation of the EOI system on November 17, 2022.

Candidates who believe their scores are higher than the lowest-ranked candidate but have not received a Letter of Advice to Apply are advised to review their EOI and ensure that all information provided, such as language test numbers and invitation numbers, is accurate and up-to-date.

Furthermore, it’s important to clarify that candidates who indicated they are working in a regulated occupation and are fully licensed to work in Manitoba have been selected in this draw. However, the MPNP may not accept or may refuse full applications from those candidates who are not actually working in a regulated occupation or fail to provide proof of having completed all necessary licensing steps to be employed in Manitoba. Candidates in this situation are encouraged to consider their options carefully before accepting the Letter of Advice to Apply.

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program remains committed to facilitating immigration for qualified individuals and meeting the province’s labor market needs. As the EOI system continues to evolve, candidates are advised to stay updated with the program’s latest announcements and requirements.
