In the most recent Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) draw conducted on September 29, 2023, a total of 42 applicants from Ukraine have received invitations to apply for immigration. These invitations were extended to skilled immigrants who meet all the eligibility criteria set by the MPNP and are also influenced by the ongoing developments in Ukraine. This initiative is part of the Manitoba government’s response to the situation in Ukraine and aligns with the special immigration measures established by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.
The 18th Expression of Interest (EOI) draw resulted in 42 skilled immigrants receiving Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) for the purpose of immigrating to Manitoba.
