Manitoba’s latest draw, conducted on September 29, 2023, saw 42 candidates from Ukraine receiving invitations to apply through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). These invitations were extended to skilled immigrants who fully met the MPNP’s eligibility criteria, taking into account the current situation in Ukraine. These initiatives are in line with the special immigration measures established by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada, reflecting the Manitoba government’s response to the events in Ukraine.
The 18th Expression of Interest (EOI) draw resulted in 42 skilled immigrants being granted Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) for the purpose of settling in Manitoba.
