On February 17, 2023, the Office of Immigration of Prince Edward Island (PEI), published the details of the second (2) Expression of Interest (EOI) draw of the year 2023. This draws was conducted on February 16, 2023, respectively.
A total of 228 foreign skilled workers were invited to apply for Canada Permanent Residence via Prince Edward Island PNP. Skilled workers from categories including Business Work Permit Entrepreneur, and Labour & Express Entry received Invite to Apply (ITA).

According to publicly available data, over the last 12 months, 6% of invitations were issued in the business category, while 94% were issued in the labour category.
Step 1: Check your eligibility for PEI PNP.
Step 2: When applying for PEI PNP it is important to have an active Express Entry Profile in Express Entry Pool.
Step 3: Create an Expression of Interest Profile (EOI) for PEI.
Step 4: Now wait for the Invitation to Apply (ITA) from PEI PNP. (If you have submitted your EOI for the province and want to know when the draws are to be held check out the Anticipated PEI PNP draw list of 2023 mentioned above.)
Step 5: Once you receive the Invitation to apply now you must submit your documents as per the document checklist and submit them along with the application fee.
Step 6: Upon receiving the Nomination from the province you must submit your application for Canada PR along with the Canada PR fee within 180 days from the date of receiving the nomination.
Step 7: Once you receive the COPR request submit your Passport to Visa Application Centre.
