On October 31st, 2023, the province of Quebec announced the outcomes of its seventh immigration draw of the year. Conducted by the Quebec Ministry of Immigration on October 26th, 2023, this draw saw 1220 invitations being issued from the Arrima Bank on October 23rd, 2023, at 6:30 a.m. These invitations were extended to applicants based on labor market demands and their potential for integration. Successful candidates will have approximately six months to secure a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) after submission.

What is the eligibility criteria for Quebec PNP draw?

The eligibility criteria for the Quebec PNP draw included the following prerequisites:

  • Recipients had to meet the requirement of possessing a level 7 or higher oral proficiency in French, as determined by the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its comparable standard.
