Saskatchewan Immigration Application Process:

  • Step 1: Verify that your occupation is not on the excluded list.
  • Step 2: Meet the minimum eligibility criteria of 60 points for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).
  • Step 3: Create an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile for the SINP.
  • Step 4: Submit your application.
  • Step 5: Wait for an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from the SINP.
  • Step 6: Upon receiving the ITA, gather and submit the required documents with the application fee, following the provided checklist.
  • Step 7: Apply for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) after receiving a nomination from Saskatchewan, ensuring this is done within the Nomination Certificate’s validity period.
  • Step 8: After obtaining your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR), start the passport stamping process.
