• In-person appointments or events including citizenship ceremonies
• Contacting IRCC via email, phone, or social media
• Consular citizenship and passport services
• Passport services in Canada

Labor disruptions

The Canadian government is dedicated to drafting collective agreements that are just for public employees and affordable for taxpayers.

Collective agreements are now being negotiated between the Canadian government and PSAC. The Union of Taxation Employees (PSAC-UTE) and the Canada Revenue Agency (a distinct employer) are also in talks. This totals roughly 159,000 employees who provide the general public with a range of services.
