Express Entry Draw #238
The Immigration Department of Canada, i.e., Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), held the second draw of the year 2023 on January 18, 2023. This is the general Express Entry draw (#238) in which immigrants were invited to apply for Canadian PR visa.
This draw was conducted for programs including the:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

According to IRCC 2,40,013 immigrants had successfully submitted their profiles as of January 18, 2023. And, based on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, the highest number of immigrants, i.e., 70,421, have a CRS score of 351 – 400, followed by 65,296 immigrants having a CRS Score between 451 – 500.
